General

Arctic Taxi reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information or stop offering product types without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.

All prices include VAT if applicable and are charged is ISK.

Cancellations and Refunds

A full refund is provided for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made less then two weeks in advance will result in a 50% refund. Failure to appear to the reserved booking forfeits your right to a refund.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser of services to notify us of any changes to their bookings and travel plans in the event of flight cancellations. Upon notation, standard terms of service regarding changes to fully paid scheduled trips will be applied.

Governing law / Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of it, it shall be tried before the District Court of Reykjanes.
